Terms & Conditions
All orders must be paid in full before we will accept them. We accept orders to addresses in the UK, Europe and United States of America.
Your order will be cancelled if:
- We have been unable to process your payment, or payment is later cancelled by a bank or merchant service provider.
- Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
- We do not supply to your address.
In the event that your payment has been received but we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be full reimbursed to the credit or debit card used to make the order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN SHIPPING TIMES.
Print orders are typically processed within 24 hours. They will then be printed and shipped. Our normal print and ship time is 7-10 days, however due to the ongoing coronavirus we are experiencing delays and prints are arriving between 10-14 days. You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your order.
Please give 14-days from placing your order for your prints to arrive. If you have not received your prints within 14 days please get in touch so we can investigate. We will not be held responsible for your order if you have not told us within 14 days from receiving your order confirmation email.
If your print has arrived damaged or not as described on the website we offer a full refund service or new print option for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. We do not accept returns. To claim a refund or request a new print please email email@example.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the refund and photographic evidence. We will review your claim within 5 days. If we are satisfied we will either refund your order to the debit or credit card used for the order or ship you a new print.
We do not accept refund due to buyers remorse.
